Ingredients:

  • 500g (1lb) of premium mince beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of bottled or home made BBQ sauce

Steps:

  • Place mince, egg, onion, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper in a bowl. Combine thoroughly by hand. Take level tablespoon of mince mixture and roll into balls
