Ingredients
- 6 bap buns
- 300 grams tomato chutney
- 100 grams aioli
- 100 grams cheddar cheese
- 500 grams smoked bacon
Method
- Turn on the flat plate side of the BeefEater Bugg Portable BBQ and pre-heat on medium heat
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then remove
- Using the residual bacon fat on the BBQ, cook the sliced bap bun cut, side down
- Flip your bun and add the cooked bacon, followed by tomato relish and then cheese
- Sandwich together and cook on both sides until the cheese melts
