Curried BBQ Potatoes

Curried BBQ Potatoes


  • 400 grams potatoes
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 onion
  • 50 grams curry powder
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • 80 mls sunflower oil
  • 2 balls of burrata


  • Turn on the flat plate side of the BeefEater Bugg Portable BBQ and pre heat on medium heat
  • Chop the potatoes into 5cm thick slices, cut the onions into thin slices and loosely chop parsley
  • Place a light coating of oil on your BBQ and place sliced potatoes on to cook
  • Add the sliced onions and cook till soft
  • Season on the BBQ with curry powder and salt
  • Remove from the BBQ and place into a bowl
  • Add some olive oil, chopped parsley, lemon juice and toss gently
  • Place onto a serving platter, followed by the torn burrata and some extra olive oil and salt
