BBQ Pineapple Pina Colada


  • 45mL Bacardi white rum
  • 90mL Fresh young coconut water
  • 2 spoons of young coconut flesh
  • 6 Fresh pineapples chunks


  1. Combine all ingredients into the blender jug.
  2. Add ¾ cup of crushed ice.
  3. Blend for 20-30 seconds.
  4. Pour into a glass.
  5. Garnish with a slice of barbequed pineapple.
