1 cup fresh herbs (like mint, flat leaf parsley and coriander)
Vinaigrette
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 tsp caster sugar
Procedure
Cut the cauliflower into 3-4cm-thick steaks. Combine the oil, spices and salt in a bowl. Brush over both sides of the cauliflower.
Preheat the BBQ on high then turn to medium ready to grill. Add the cauliflower, BBQ in batches for 5-7 minutes each side or until just tender and lightly charred. Remove to a platter, cover and stand for 10 minutes.
Combine vinaigretteingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and whisk well. Spoon over the cauliflower. Sprinkle with hazelnuts, feta and herbs and serve.
