Ingredients
  • 6 bap buns
  • 300 grams tomato chutney
  • 100 grams aioli
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese
  • 500 grams smoked bacon
Procedure
  • Turn on the flat plate side of the BeefEater Bugg Portable BBQ and pre-heat on medium heat
  • Cook the bacon until crispy, then remove
  • Using the residual bacon fat on the BBQ, cook the sliced bap bun cut, side down
  • Flip your bun and add the cooked bacon, followed by tomato relish and then cheese
  • Sandwich together and cook on both sides until the cheese melts
