Roasted on Christmas Day, the foodie influencer Issac Martin (@issac_eatsalot) prepares this scrumptious Cubano toastie using leftover roast Christmas ham. What a tasty way to use up festive season leftovers right on the BeefEater BBQ!

1 roll of sourdough bread
2 tbsp butter
300g (or however much leftover) pulled pork
300g (or however much leftover) ham
5 slices of Swiss cheese
5 tbsp seeded mustard
Butter your sourdough and place onto a hotplate with a medium low temp on your BeefEater BBQ. Keep your ingredients on the side cutting board of your BBQ until sourdough is toasted to a golden brown.
Stack swiss cheese, mustard, pork and ham on one side of the bread. Allow heat to residually melt cheese.
Seal with another slice of cheese on top and then close the sandwich.
Flip the sandwich once to allow toasted ingredients to settle.
Remove from heat with tongs (be careful it's hot).
