- 45mL Bacardi white rum
- 90mL Fresh young coconut water
- 2 spoons of young coconut flesh
- 6 Fresh pineapples chunks
Procedure
- Combine all ingredients into the blender jug.
- Add ¾ cup of crushed ice.
- Blend for 20-30 seconds.
- Pour into a glass.
- Garnish with a slice of barbequed pineapple.
